Estimated Delivery Time

We estimate delivery within the USA in 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed, including processing and shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination, and carrier delays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum purchase amount or discount code is required.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at help@meghalay.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
